The worthy cards will be ready at the end of February. Everyone that registered has already paid for three cards. Parents will keep the money from the cards that they sell. Coupon Cart is working on deals to add to the card from some of the places we requested. They will be handed out at the March meeting.
The club has been trying to purchase a new sound system for the fields. We will be holding a dining to donate event at the recover grill on Curry Rd. 15% of the proceeds of your meal or drinks will go to the club. Pat is looking at a Wednesday in February (22) and possibly an additional date in March for the event. Coupons will be emailed to all players.
Upkeep of the indoor facility has been wonderful. Thanks to all of the parents that have been maintaining the facility. If any coaches need keys please let Pat know and she will get them to you. There was a request to rent the facility for baseball and for a birthday party. If families are interested please let us know and we can work with you.
Travel Teams - Dave emailed all of the coaches the placement forms. They need to be in to Dave tonight. Please place your team in a competitive division,do not choose a lower division to get a winning record. Do the best you can to challenge the kids so they can learn more. If anyone has questions see Dave after the meeting.
The dates were emailed to all parents for goalie training. They will be split into two divisions the 14 and up will be a little more challenging training. The first group of goalie training went well with a number of kids participating.
Spring Tournament - Tournament information was distributed to all of the teams at the meeting. A volunteer is needed for each player or parents can choose to pay $25 instead. Parents with multiple children in the club will only be asked to volunteer for one child. Parents will be scheduled to volunteer during the time their child is playing in the tournament. Volunteer forms are due by March 13 to Angie. We are requesting that each team get two ads. Ad forms were included in the packet ask Bob if you have any questions.

New Business - Congratulations to the Schalmont girls varsity soccer team on winning the State Championship and to Angelo C. for being named coach of the year.
Majority of the uniforms are ready for pick-up. Some teams are having trouble with the names and numbers on the red uniform. If any of the names or numbers are peeling off the uniform bring them down to Angelo and he will fix them.
Angelo is planning to hold the Frosinone Camp the week of August 6-10. Pat will work on the flyer. There was discussion of teams that are interested in going to Italy. If teams would like to consider going to Italy the club would hold an info night and start planning at least a year in advance.
