The placement will not only be based on the tryout, past experience will be considered. All players
must try out at the appropriate age group for the first placement. The only exception is those that
currently played up a level can stay at the higher level. Angie will send each coach an evaluation for
their players from last year. The club is asking each coach to sit down with their players one-on-one to

Maurizio discussed an incident that happened at the Niskayuna tournament. Michelle provided a report
to CDYSL regarding the incident and they are investigating. The club will be provided a report at the
end of the year regarding all of the incidents throughout the course of the CDYSL season. It is very
important as coaches that we conduct ourselves in a proper way. If there are any issues with players,
coaches, or referees please notify CDYSL when you report the game. Make sure all game scores are
reported so we do not get any fines.
