Registrar's Report – There are a number of registrations in the system.
Steve will not submit registrations until the coaches are in place and the team is all set. Coaches/Managers need to notify Steve when the entire team has registered. Everyone should upload pictures into the registration system rather than turning them in to Steve. If pictures cannot be uploaded please submit a thumbnail size picture for players.
Marketing and Fundraising - Part of the registration this year includes the fee for the worthy cards. There were businesses that managers suggested be added to the card and the vendor is working on getting them added. Based on recommendations from the managers the cards will be handed out in the spring and will be good for one year. The worthy card sales are used to sponsor scholarship players that cannot afford to play travel.
Travel Teams - We held a tryout in October for U8-U12 and picked up a large number of players.
Discussed coaching staff and numbers at each of the age groups the list on the website will be updated.
